    I tried it with my other account and it works for me. The settings are right. I'll see if I can contact someone about it.

     Well I'm viewing it on my tablet so it may be showing me a mobile version?  I can't disable it in view settings though. It has a bug and won't update my settings. It takes me to an error page.

    On your browser settings, do you have the box checked for 'Desktop' view?

    Whenever I try to change any of the settings on this page I get an error message.

    I must say, Boardhost has lousy customer service. I still haven't heard back from them. One thing about Proboards, they get back to me right away when I have a question.
